Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Veeva Vault Platform, particularly RIM applications.
- Proven expertise in Vault RIM configuration and management.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical business processes and regulations.
- Knowledge of Computerised System Validation (CSV) and GxP compliance standards.
- Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Vault Platform Associate Administrator credentials obtained within the last 3 years.
Responsibilities
- Configure Veeva Vault RIM based on detailed business requirements to optimize regulatory information workflows.
- Collaborate with Process Owners and Business Analysts to elicit requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
- Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap and strategic long-term plans for Vault RIM.
- Work closely with international stakeholders, including Bayer IT teams, business functions, and Veeva.
- Maintain and enhance your expertise on Veeva Vault Platform, including meeting the Vault Platform Associate Administrator credentials within the last 3 years.
- Gain and apply knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes, GxP, and CSV standards to ensure system compliance and validation.
- Communicate effectively with diverse teams, presenting solutions and decision-making strategies confidently.
- Innovate by experimenting with new ideas and translating them into practical, impactful solutions.
