Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of daily activity including outbound calls, candidate outreach, resume review, and consistent follow-up with both talent and clients.
- Recruit and place top talent for manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial roles through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support and coach talent throughout their assignments by checking in regularly and offering feedback.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding workforce needs and delivering hiring solutions.
- Drive growth by skill-marketing candidates and collaborating with the sales team.
- Support operational tasks including payroll, timekeeping, and compliance.
