Requirements
- 3+ years experience working with start-ups and/or scale-ups with notable experience in Web3 developer relations
- Deep understanding of web3 ecosystems and the current Layer 1 landscape
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, TypeScript, or Golang
- Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and the app landscape within Cosmos and elsewhere
- Passion for startups and understanding of startup ecosystem dynamics
- Technical knowledge of blockchain and web3 fundamentals
- Analytical ability to set and assess success metrics and KPIs
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Experience with internet culture, Discord, and Twitter
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Support the Ecosystem strategy while ensuring the growth and success of new and existing Web3 partnerships and ecosystem projects
- Create demo videos, twitter thread content, tutorials, and blog posts to promote Nibiru Chain
- Improve developer experience by creating developer-focused tooling, tutorials, and documentation
- Contribute to the technical design and implementation of new products and protocols on Nibiru Chain
- Coordinate, lead workshops at, and participate in meetups, hackathons, and conferences
