Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience managing global products or working across multiple geographies.
- Strong foundation in product strategy, customer insight, and value proposition development.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a global product strategy aligned to the Beyond the Badge vision.
- Prioritize quarterly release cycles to meet financial objectives and deliver measurable business value.
- Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) and onsite visits to understand workflows.
- Translate customer and commercial insights into clear product requirements.
- Partner with development teams to define features and prioritize based on ROI and global impact.
- Define value propositions and differentiated positioning for SaaS solutions.
- Communicate product value consistently across regions and stakeholders.
- Apply Fortive Business System (FBS) tools to improve product performance.
