Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years experience in Product Management.
  • Strong background with building API-based products.
  • Understanding of blockchain fundamentals (wallet architecture, transaction construction, signing models like MPC, HSM, multi-sig).
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
  • Effective communication skills for both executive and engineering audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools (specifically Jira).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
  • Experience building institutional custody, wallet, or staking products (preferred).
  • Familiarity with EVM and non-EVM chain integrations (preferred).
  • Background in software or sales engineering (preferred).
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and execution for Custody, prioritizing new asset/chain integrations and policy engine capabilities.
  • Design end-to-end deposit and withdrawal flows from API contract to wallet operations, signing, and broadcast.
  • Manage relationships with technology partners, signing providers, and node infrastructure vendors.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering to translate requirements into production-ready systems.
  • Partner with operations and finance to develop reconciliation processes and automate on-chain exception handling.
  • Ensure custody flows meet regulatory requirements and robust fraud protection standards in partnership with compliance.
  • Write technical specifications and API documentation for internal and client-facing use.
  • Analyze on-chain transaction data to identify performance optimizations and inform product decisions.
