Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in client success, account management, or management consulting.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in consulting environments.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex projects and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to develop and execute client-facing growth and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in related industries such as healthcare, HR, change management, or employee benefits is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Must be based in Malaysia (hybrid), Taiwan (remote), or the Philippines (remote).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner for enterprise clients, leading regular Business Reviews and cadences.
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling by aligning capabilities with client objectives.
  • Ensure all delivery activities align with project scope and Service Level Agreements.
  • Monitor account-level profitability and manage the billing/invoicing process.
  • Synthesize client feedback into actionable insights for Product and Tech teams.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to highlight success stories and drive user engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build the SOPs and systems necessary for operational scale.
