Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
Experience managing teams, vendors, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver qualitative and quantitative research aligned to key business questions.
Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable strategic implications and recommendations.
Lead quantitative design, including segmentation, concept testing, and trade-off analyses.
Apply research findings to inform patient, caregiver, and provider journeys.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, managing workstreams, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access.
