Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber insurance.
- Demonstrated ability in sales management.
- Established broker relationships in the Paris & Ile-de-France area.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written).
- Capacity to quickly learn and relay technical concepts and terms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, dynamic, virtual environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and drive team success.
- Fluent in French.
- Proficient in English.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of new broker relationships from inbound leads and strategic outreach.
- Contribute to the sales strategy and help identify target brokers and clients for new outbound campaigns.
- Actively participate in achieving target quotas, qualified opportunities, sales pipeline value, and closed business.
- Report on sales activities and results, to contribute to the BD tracking system and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Support the BD Director on post-sales activities for Coalition’s broker partners (mid to large level brokers) and contribute to strategic relationship management.
- Share ownership of overall broker satisfaction with Coalition’s services, enhancing the customer experience.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our solutions (insurance and technology) to effectively address broker needs, and share it with future team members.
- Identify and proactively resolve risks impacting brokers' business goals.
- Assist in the monitoring and analysis efforts of performance trends in Coalition adoption and utilization, providing strategic guidance as part of brokers’ Success Reviews.
