Requirements

  • 3 years of hands-on experience with an EPM platform as a partner, practitioner, or modeler.
  • 3 years of experience in a consultative capacity at a large company (financial services, technology, CPG, manufacturing) or management consulting firm.
  • Expertise in building complex systems and simplifying them for maintainability.
  • Proficiency in structuring and validating large volumes of unstructured data.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn new business domains and customer use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product environment.
  • Capacity to meet multiple objectives with minimal supervision in an entrepreneurial setting.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and explanation skills.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business challenges into advanced, multi-dimensional models.
  • Design and build Pigment applications and train customers to become self-sufficient.
  • Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and the product team to ensure platform development.
  • Understand and document complex business requirements.
  • Lead or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment processes.
  • Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
  • Develop comprehensive design and architecture documentation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to refine methodology and internal processes.
  • Manage the quality of implementation delivered by partners.
