Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on experience with an EPM platform as a partner, practitioner, or modeler.
- 3 years of experience in a consultative capacity at a large company (financial services, technology, CPG, manufacturing) or management consulting firm.
- Expertise in building complex systems and simplifying them for maintainability.
- Proficiency in structuring and validating large volumes of unstructured data.
- Strong ability to quickly learn new business domains and customer use cases.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product environment.
- Capacity to meet multiple objectives with minimal supervision in an entrepreneurial setting.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and explanation skills.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business challenges into advanced, multi-dimensional models.
- Design and build Pigment applications and train customers to become self-sufficient.
- Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and the product team to ensure platform development.
- Understand and document complex business requirements.
- Lead or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment processes.
- Integrate source software and migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
- Develop comprehensive design and architecture documentation.
- Lead cross-functional projects to refine methodology and internal processes.
- Manage the quality of implementation delivered by partners.
