Requirements
- 5+ years in sales enablement with experience building global strategies.
- Deep hands-on experience with Command of the Message (CoM) or equivalent value-based selling methodology.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain a team of enablement professionals.
- Strong RevOps fluency, including Salesforce reporting and pipeline analysis.
- Proficiency with modern enablement technology, including LMS (e.g., MindTickle), CRM, and conversation intelligence tools.
- Demonstrable experience with AI programme deployment.
- Ability to operate and make decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex business priorities into learning programs.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage global stakeholders.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS companies.
- Ability to travel to global locations as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global Field Readiness strategy tied to GTM priorities.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a global team of Enablement Business Partners.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to GTM, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product leadership.
- Serve as the primary enablement owner for Command of the Message (CoM) adoption.
- Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, including training, content, and coaching.
- Analyze data to identify gaps and measure program effectiveness for revenue growth.
- Manage onboarding curriculum for GTM hires with depth in Enterprise business.
- Deploy and scale AI-driven enablement programs to accelerate team performance.
