Requirements

  • 10+ years in GTM enablement or sales leadership.
  • Proven success building enablement programs from the ground up at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep experience with onboarding/ramp design, playbook development, and field communications.
  • Fluency in partner enablement across direct and indirect selling motions.
  • Track record of operating as a bridge between field teams and product marketing.
  • Strong experience working with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Saleshood).
  • Proven ability to align stakeholders and drive cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM foundational onboarding for faster new hire productivity.
  • Drive enablement programs centered on process changes and product releases.
  • Create a system of record for versioned and measurable enablement content.
  • Set operational rhythms and communications to reduce internal friction.
  • Partner with RevOps on dashboards and enablement impact analysis.
  • Serve as the bridge between field-facing teams and product marketing.
  • Execute end-to-end launch enablement including objection handling and competitive response.
  • Design partner enablement programs for direct and indirect selling motions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
