Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a data engineer on AI/ML projects using Python.
- Strong experience with Databricks (Jobs, Asset Bundles, Delta Lake, MLflow).
- Proficiency in Azure data engineering tools such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
- Advanced skills in Python and ML libraries including NumPy, PySpark, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (Azure and AWS).
- Experience designing end-to-end ETL solutions and curating datasets for ML development.
- Knowledge of generative AI models, vector databases, and modern data structures.
- Solid understanding of Scrum practices and an Agile mindset.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, elegant, and maintainable code following data engineering and AI/ML best practices.
- Develop predictive models that help achieve business objectives and monitor relevant performance metrics.
- Solve complex business problems by building automated, self-improving predictive models.
- Evaluate existing models and recommend improvements for better efficiency and performance.
- Develop best practices for orchestrating and building machine learning models.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and interpretation of predictive result sets.
