Requirements
- 14+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven track record of building complex, data-intensive, backend systems.
- 8+ years of expertise in building and scaling production-grade services using modern backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Spring Boot).
- Mastery in designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous patterns, streaming, queuing, and caching strategies.
- Strong knowledge of observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence engineering direction.
- Hands-on experience in the complete lifecycle of AI/ML models (experimentation to deployment).
- Proficiency with DevOps and MLOps practices, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead AI innovation by researching, evaluating, and prototyping solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Design and build robust, highly scalable, and cost-effective AI services and data processing pipelines to handle millions of documents daily.
- Solve practical production AI challenges, including managing LLM latency, variance, and prompt engineering.
- Develop fault-tolerant, defensive systems that perform consistently under high throughput.
- Act as a technical mentor and thought leader for the engineering team to drive mission-critical initiatives to production.
