Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in complex, data-intensive backend systems.
- 5+ years of expertise building and scaling production-grade services using frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Mastery in designing large-scale distributed systems with strong knowledge of asynchronous patterns.
- Strong proficiency in streaming, queuing, and caching strategies.
- Experience with observability tools including logging, metrics, and tracing.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence direction across multiple teams.
- Experience with the complete lifecycle of AI/ML models from experimentation to production monitoring.
- Proficiency with DevOps/MLOps practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Design and build robust, scalable, and cost-effective AI services and data processing pipelines.
- Manage LLM latency and variance while developing sophisticated prompt engineering strategies.
- Develop fault-tolerant, defensive systems that perform reliably at massive scale.
- Act as the key technical mentor and thought leader to drive mission-critical initiatives to production.
