Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in Angular 18, including unit testing, UX design principles, Figma, and MonoRepo.
- Expertise in .NET Core.
- Experience with AWS services including Lambda, SQS, Cognito, and Step Functions.
- Knowledge of containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience leading the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, QA, and Design.
- Ability to perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Experience with Python or Salesforce integration is desired.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
- Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
- Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools.
- Proficiently gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.
- Execute complex activities within the current methodology and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
- Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice.
- Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture from conceptualization to deployment.
