Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on media buying experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage and scale ad spend of $10K+ per client
  • Experience directing creative teams or providing feedback on ad assets
  • Familiarity with attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or Hyros is a plus
  • Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
  • Conduct in-depth audience and keyword research to drive performance
  • Test and iterate creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages for maximum ROI
  • Analyze data and provide regular reporting with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with creative strategists and account managers to align on campaign goals
  • Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and performance trends
