Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on media buying experience (agency experience preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage and scale ad spend of $10K+ per client
- Experience directing creative teams or providing feedback on ad assets
- Familiarity with attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or Hyros is a plus
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
- Conduct in-depth audience and keyword research to drive performance
- Test and iterate creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages for maximum ROI
- Analyze data and provide regular reporting with actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative strategists and account managers to align on campaign goals
- Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and performance trends
