Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current Certified Technician with home state’s Board of Pharmacy.
- Proven experience in departmental workflows and processes.
- Prior experience with ExactCare operational workflow preferred.
- High level understanding of adjudicating claims and overcoming rejections.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different training outcomes.
- Capability to multitask and support various operations aspects.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to frontline, day-to-day work as assigned by leadership.
- Provide training on department tasks to new hires, cross-trainees, and team members.
- Coordinate the completion of cross-training through communication and scheduling.
- Apply subject matter expertise to support continuous improvement projects, training guides, and SOP development.
- Support leadership in diagnosing and improving team member performance.
