Requirements
- Strong communication skills with an empathic and proactive approach to dealing with applicants.
- Motivation to achieve clear and ambitious goals with high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
- Excellent written and spoken German skills.
- Professional proficiency in English (C1+ level) preferred.
- Experience in sales or educational consulting at an AZAV-certified training provider is a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Inform prospective students about courses, analyze individual situations and learning goals, and prepare them for course starts.
- Guide applicants as the central point of contact through to successful onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing and CRM team on lead nurturing and funnel development.
- Develop approaches to engage and excite the target audience.
