Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with an empathic and proactive approach to dealing with applicants.
  • Motivation to achieve clear and ambitious goals with high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English (C1+ level) preferred.
  • Experience in sales or educational consulting at an AZAV-certified training provider is a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Inform prospective students about courses, analyze individual situations and learning goals, and prepare them for course starts.
  • Guide applicants as the central point of contact through to successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and CRM team on lead nurturing and funnel development.
  • Develop approaches to engage and excite the target audience.
