Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing
- Proven experience supporting or executing events tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales and marketing partners
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding what drives rep engagement and event success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing vendors, venues, and event tools/platforms
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Responsibilities
- Partner with the other Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute in-person and hybrid programs, including executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, partner events, webinars, and customer activations
- Work closely with sales to define target accounts, prioritize attendees, and align on clear event goals
- Ensure every program is designed to drive outcomes such as meetings booked, pipeline generated, deal acceleration, and customer expansion
- Support end-to-end execution, including audience strategy, invitations, registration, vendor coordination, communications, onsite support, and post-event follow-up
- Manage timelines, logistics, and competing priorities across multiple programs simultaneously
- Align event programs to specific regions, accounts, and sales priorities
- Collaborate with marketing and design on event promotion, messaging, landing pages, email campaigns, and follow-up assets
- Track and report on performance, including attendee quality, meetings held, opportunities created, pipeline influenced, and revenue impact
