Requirements

  • Director-level or above experience in IT, Technology, or IT Operations.
  • Deep background in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations, or Enterprise Service Management (ESM).
  • Current or recent hands-on experience selecting and using ITSM/ESM platforms.
  • Experience as a decision-maker or key stakeholder for ITSM/ESM platform selection, implementation, or management.
  • Ability to draw on complex IT service workflows and ticketing experience.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira Service Management, Freshservice, ServiceNow, Atomicwork, or Moveworks.
  • Must be prepared to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
  • Possess a PayPal account to receive payments.

Responsibilities

  • Answer research questions regarding internal ticketing workflows and service management processes.
  • Assess IT and service management scenarios, including incident escalation and ticket triage.
  • Participate in structured surveys or interviews to share domain expertise.
  • Provide informed feedback on tools and workflows for ITSM/ESM platforms.
  • Contribute expertise to help research teams understand how IT functions evaluate service management tools.
