Requirements

  • Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adjust tone and empathy.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and troubleshoot technical or billing issues.
  • High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources.
  • Sharp attention to detail for identifying errors in logic, tone, or factual accuracy.
  • Proficiency with CRM/Helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence, Notion, or Guru.
  • Active PayPal account to receive payments.
  • Ability to complete tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness scores.
  • Simulate realistic customer interactions, including complex inquiries and edge cases.
  • Audit AI-generated FAQ articles and macros for technical accuracy and clarity.
  • Annotate model responses for sentiment, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Compare AI outputs against standard Support QA rubrics to ensure quality standards are met.
