Requirements
- Experience in high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success.
- Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adjust tone and empathy.
- Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and troubleshoot technical or billing issues.
- High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources.
- Sharp attention to detail for identifying errors in logic, tone, or factual accuracy.
- Proficiency with CRM/Helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
- Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence, Notion, or Guru.
- Active PayPal account to receive payments.
- Ability to complete tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness scores.
- Simulate realistic customer interactions, including complex inquiries and edge cases.
- Audit AI-generated FAQ articles and macros for technical accuracy and clarity.
- Annotate model responses for sentiment, empathy, and professionalism.
- Compare AI outputs against standard Support QA rubrics to ensure quality standards are met.
