Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success.
  • Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adjust tone and empathy for various personas.
  • Ability to de-escalate complex situations and provide step-by-step troubleshooting.
  • High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail for identifying errors in logic, tone, and factual accuracy.
  • Proficiency with CRM and helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
  • Expert use of communication platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management tools like Confluence, Notion, or Guru.
  • Must be prepared to complete tasks requiring up to one hour of uninterrupted work.
  • Must have a PayPal account to receive payments.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness scores.
  • Simulate realistic customer interactions, including complex inquiries and edge cases, to test AI performance.
  • Audit and refine AI-generated FAQ articles and macros to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Annotate model responses to identify sentiment and tone appropriateness.
  • Compare AI outputs against standard support quality assurance rubrics.
