Requirements
- Proven experience in high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success.
- Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adjust tone and empathy for various personas.
- Ability to de-escalate complex situations and provide step-by-step troubleshooting.
- High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail for identifying errors in logic, tone, and factual accuracy.
- Proficiency with CRM and helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
- Expert use of communication platforms like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with knowledge management tools like Confluence, Notion, or Guru.
- Must be prepared to complete tasks requiring up to one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Must have a PayPal account to receive payments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness scores.
- Simulate realistic customer interactions, including complex inquiries and edge cases, to test AI performance.
- Audit and refine AI-generated FAQ articles and macros to ensure technical accuracy.
- Annotate model responses to identify sentiment and tone appropriateness.
- Compare AI outputs against standard support quality assurance rubrics.
