Requirements

  • Professional experience in high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success.
  • Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adjust tone and empathy.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and perform technical or billing troubleshooting.
  • High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources.
  • Sharp eye for identifying subtle errors in logic, tone, and factual accuracy.
  • Proficiency with CRM and helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
  • Expertise using Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence, Notion, or Guru.
  • Possession of a PayPal account for receiving payments.
  • Ability to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness scores.
  • Simulate realistic customer interactions, including complex inquiries and angry customers, to test AI performance.
  • Refine and audit AI-generated FAQ articles and macros for technical accuracy and clarity.
  • Annotate model responses to identify appropriate tone, empathy, and professional standards.
  • Compare AI outputs against established Support QA rubrics to ensure high-quality service standards.
