Requirements
- Professional experience in high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success.
- Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adjust tone and clarity.
- Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and provide troubleshooting.
- High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources.
- Sharp eye for identifying subtle errors in logic, tone, or factual accuracy.
- Proficiency with CRM and helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
- Experience with communication tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence, Notion, or Guru.
- Ability to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Active PayPal account to receive payment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness scores.
- Simulate customer interactions by creating realistic support tickets and dialogue flows to test AI handling of edge cases.
- Audit AI-generated FAQ articles and macros to ensure clarity and technical accuracy.
- Annotate model responses to identify sentiment, empathy, and professional tone.
- Compare AI outputs against standard Support QA rubrics to ensure they meet service standards.
