Requirements

  • Professional experience in high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success.
  • Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adjust tone and empathy.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and provide step-by-step troubleshooting.
  • High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources.
  • Sharp eye for identifying logic, tone, or factual errors.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
  • Expert use of Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Notion, or Guru.
  • Must be prepared to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
  • PayPal account for payment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness.
  • Simulate customer interactions to test AI handling of edge cases, complex inquiries, and difficult customers.
  • Audit AI-generated FAQ articles and macros to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Annotate model responses for tone, empathy, and professional quality.
  • Compare AI outputs against standard support QA rubrics.
