Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success role.
  • Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adjust tone, empathy, and clarity.
  • Ability to de-escalate complex situations and provide step-by-step technical or billing troubleshooting.
  • High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources.
  • Sharp eye for detail to identify errors in logic, tone, or factual accuracy.
  • Proficiency with CRM and helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
  • Experience using Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence, Notion, or Guru.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a significant plus.
  • Ability to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness scores.
  • Simulate customer interactions to test how AI handles edge cases, angry customers, or complex inquiries.
  • Refine knowledge bases by auditing AI-generated FAQ articles and macros for technical accuracy.
  • Annotate model responses to identify appropriate tone, empathy, and professional quality.
  • Compare AI outputs against standard Support QA rubrics to ensure compliance with service standards.
