- Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and provide step-by-step troubleshooting.
- High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources quickly.
- Sharp eye for identifying subtle errors in logic, tone, or factual accuracy.
- Proficiency with CRM and helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
- Expertise in communication tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence, Notion, or Guru.
- Possession of a PayPal account to receive payments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness.
- Simulate customer interactions to test how AI handles complex inquiries, angry customers, and edge cases.
- Refine knowledge bases by auditing AI-generated FAQ articles and macros for technical accuracy.
- Annotate model responses to identify the appropriateness of tone, empathy, and professionalism.
- Perform quality assurance by comparing AI outputs against standard support QA rubrics.
