Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success roles.
  • Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adjust tone, empathy, and clarity.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and provide step-by-step troubleshooting.
  • High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources efficiently.
  • Attention to detail for identifying errors in logic, tone, or factual accuracy.
  • Proficiency with CRM/helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or Freshdesk).
  • Expert use of Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Notion, or Guru for knowledge management.
  • Multilingual capabilities are considered a significant plus.
  • Must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
  • A PayPal account to receive payments.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness scores.
  • Simulate customer interactions by creating realistic support tickets and dialogue flows to test AI edge case handling.
  • Refine knowledge bases by auditing AI-generated FAQ articles and macros for technical accuracy and clarity.
  • Annotate model responses to identify if the tone is appropriately empathetic, professional, or overly robotic.
  • Compare AI outputs against standard Support QA rubrics to ensure they meet professional service standards.
