Job Details

Requirements

Active associate license in Florida (RMHCI, RMFTI, or RCSWI)
At least 500 supervision hours accumulated
Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth
Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions
Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment
Commitment to a minimum of 5 hours per week

Responsibilities

Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families
Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning
Collaborate with our Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases
Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools
Customize clinical preferences to match with clients aligned to expertise
Manage caseload and client cadence
