Requirements
- Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
- Own your own phone, computer, and high speed internet.
- Commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week during core hours, after 4pm Monday through Friday and 8am-7pm on Weekends.
- Passionate about transforming behavioral health for youth.
- Skilled in delivering effective psychotherapy across developmental stages and neurodiverse populations.
- Comfortable using technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Medical Records systems.
- Flexible and willing to reschedule with patients when needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead individual telehealth therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26, using evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's developmental stage and unique needs.
- Build meaningful connections with patients and families to understand their needs, educate them about therapeutic approaches, and provide ongoing support.
- Monitor patient progress against care goals, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
- Engage with other healthcare professionals and families to create coordinated, integrated treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough patient records and documentation with high clinical and technical quality.
- Participate in weekly clinical consultations to enhance clinical skills and receive support.
