Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience in a full-service financial institution or related field.
- Working knowledge of credit union products, services, procedures, and guidelines.
- Knowledge of regulations applicable to essential responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Symitar for Windows (Episys).
- Effective communication skills across all levels of audience.
- Preferred: At least two years of supervisory or lead employee experience.
- Preferred: Related college degree.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with members and identify opportunities to refer credit union products and services.
- Provide exceptional member service through communication channels including calls, chats, and secured messaging.
- Educate members on digital self-serve options such as online banking, BillPay, and Zelle.
- Assist members with account inquiries, navigation of digital services, and issue resolution.
- Resolve member concerns including fraud prevention and operations-related items.
- Process member transactions accurately and efficiently through online banking and other digital channels.
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with products, services, and digital platforms.
