Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience in a full-service financial institution or related field.
  • Working knowledge of credit union products, services, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of regulations applicable to essential responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Symitar for Windows (Episys).
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of audience.
  • Preferred: At least two years of supervisory or lead employee experience.
  • Preferred: Related college degree.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with members and identify opportunities to refer credit union products and services.
  • Provide exceptional member service through communication channels including calls, chats, and secured messaging.
  • Educate members on digital self-serve options such as online banking, BillPay, and Zelle.
  • Assist members with account inquiries, navigation of digital services, and issue resolution.
  • Resolve member concerns including fraud prevention and operations-related items.
  • Process member transactions accurately and efficiently through online banking and other digital channels.
  • Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with products, services, and digital platforms.
