Requirements
- Proficiency in writing clean, reusable code.
- Strong understanding of systems design principles.
- Focus on product outcomes rather than purely technical outputs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-uncertainty, early-stage startup environment.
- Experience or familiarity with Python and backend services on AWS ECS.
- Experience or familiarity with Postgres databases.
- Experience or familiarity with NextJS and TypeScript for frontend development.
- Willingness to work US shift timings, including evenings and occasional weekends.
Responsibilities
- Own product feature development from specification to successful launch to iterating until it meets the metrics we are trying to reach.
- Build integrations into new field service management systems (FSMs) to expand the total addressable market.
- Work on infrastructure improvement projects, such as optimizing CI or deployment processes.
- Periodically handle on-call duties to ensure minimal downtime for customers.
- Deeply understand customer needs and actively contribute to product-related decision-making.
