Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in ML, NLP, or LLM-based systems, or 3+ years in software engineering with strong interest in applied AI.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, or vector databases.
- Experience working with SQL and database systems.
- Ability to understand messy real-world data and turn it into practical product capabilities.
- Strong ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to ship without waiting for a perfectly bounded role or perfectly specified problem.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with insurance brokers, MGAs, and carriers to deploy AI-powered solutions to their workflows.
- Use LLMs, embeddings, and structured data pipelines to build features such as document review, entity extraction, and quote comparison.
- Rapidly prototype and productionize features based on customer needs and feedback.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to prioritize high-leverage opportunities.
- Build reusable systems and components that can scale across use cases and customers.
- Operate across boundaries when needed, whether the problem is product, infrastructure, workflow logic, or customer-facing delivery.
