Job Details

3+ years of related work experience in Health/Nutrition counseling, health coaching, or similar
Active license in US; Health Coaching or Health Educator certifications preferred
Ability to effectively work remotely with strong computer skills (Google, Slack, Video Conference)
Comfort and enthusiasm for adopting the latest technologies and integrating data in patient care
Ability to blend motivational interviewing with metrics-driven coaching
Experience delivering coaching via video calls and comfort with back-to-back sessions
Experience maintaining a high volume caseload (minimum of 500)
Effective time management skills to balance video visits, tasks, and chats
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, quickly changing environment; startup experience preferred
Bilingual- fluent in both English and Spanish preferred

Deliver remote coaching via apps, video conferencing, and the Twin Health electronic system
Engage members to set goals, manage their care, and stay motivated on their journey to self efficacy
Motivate, coach, and provide exceptional service and support to your members to achieve their health goals as designated by the Twin app
Use AI powered tools to deliver metrics driven insights and coaching
Use AI powered tools to support daily member rounding and complete progress notes within 24 hours
Respond to all chats within 24 business hours
Provide feedback to members regarding metrics including weight, continuous blood glucose monitoring, sleep, movement, and nutrition
Collaborate with coaching team, providers, registered nurses, and operations teams to drive a seamless experience
Participate in pilot programs and collect member testimonials
