Requirements
- 5–8+ years in product management with proven work shipped at a B2B company.
- Experience building product-centric, user-experience-led products.
- Deep attention to detail regarding product usability and workflow efficiency.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives end-to-end from discovery to iteration.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to read API docs and reason about systems.
- Excellent written communication skills for PRDs, documentation, and tradeoff analysis.
- Comfortable working in a high-ownership, fast-moving, remote-first environment.
- Prior experience in a Series B+ startup (nice-to-have).
- Experience in observability tools or domain (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse, Kafka, or Kubernetes (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end alerting experience including rule creation, anomaly detection, and notification routing.
- Shape application performance monitoring (APM) features such as service maps, latency views, and span analysis.
- Own the onboarding experience from sign-up to first telemetry and dashboard insight.
- Define how alerts, APM, metrics, traces, and logs integrate into a single investigation workflow.
- Optimize observability UX for power users including query speed and keyboard-driven workflows.
