Requirements
- 10-12+ years of backend software development experience.
- Expert proficiency in Go (Golang) including concurrency and memory management.
- Proven experience building event-driven systems using Kafka, Kinesis, or SQS.
- Experience with stream processing frameworks such as Apache Flink or Spark Streaming.
- Database modeling fluency in relational (Postgres) and NoSQL (Redis, DynamoDB) stores.
- Deep experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, and EKS.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
- Interest or experience in MLOps and model serving infrastructure.
- Exposure to authentication standards like OAuth, OIDC, or SAML.
- Experience developing logic for fraud/risk engines or identity risk posture management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the zero-to-one journey of the ISPM platform as a founding member.
- Define and implement platform architecture for high-scale stream processing.
- Drive feature set development from strategic planning to hands-on implementation.
- Build backend systems to audit, predict, and remediate security risks across millions of objects.
- Develop and operationalize robust, event-driven pipelines for security identity management.
- Support MLOps infrastructure by building production pipes for machine learning models.
