Requirements
- 10-12+ years of backend software development experience.
- Expert proficiency in Go (Golang) including concurrency and memory management.
- Proven experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka, Kinesis, or SQS.
- Experience with stream processing via Apache Flink or Spark Streaming.
- Database modeling fluency in relational (Postgres) and NoSQL (Redis/DynamoDB) stores.
- Deep experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS) and Terraform.
- Working interest in MLOps and productionizing ML models.
- Exposure to authentication standards (OAuth, OIDC, SAML) or risk engine development.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the zero-to-one development of the ISPM platform.
- Define strategic planning and platform architecture for proactive security.
- Develop and maintain high-scale stream processing systems.
- Drive end-to-end feature delivery for the ISPM platform.
- Participate in on-call rotation shifts.
- Collaborate on MLOps and model serving infrastructure integration.
