Requirements
- 15+ years of professional software development experience.
- 10+ years in technical leadership roles.
- 3+ years in Architect, Principal Engineer, or Solution Architect level roles.
- Expertise in SOA and distributed system development.
- Deep understanding of microservices, micro-frontends (MFEs), RESTful APIs, message queues, and caching strategies.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and drive consensus across teams.
- Strong programming skills in multiple languages.
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, databases, containers, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile Scrum environment.
- Working fluency with AI/LLM-powered tooling and AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural leadership to evolve the platform, focusing on scalability, performance, observability, and maintainability.
- Plan and implement major technical projects in collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and leadership.
- Define technical strategies and leverage industry best practices, including adoption of AI/LLM capabilities.
- Lead the design and maintenance of robust APIs and micro-frontends (MFEs).
- Drive build vs buy decisions for CMS, marketing, and analytics tooling.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster technical excellence.
