Requirements
- Mathematics or Marketing degree combined with experience in an agency.
- 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce marketing projects or teams, preferably in a D2C product marketing company.
- Proven track record of managing creative and cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful product marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking capabilities.
- High level of accuracy in content creation and data analysis.
- Proactive and results-driven individual with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent English (C1 preferable).
Responsibilities
- Lead creative and cross-functional teams, utilising project management skills to coordinate work and ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop and implement data-driven product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify product opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging product descriptions, images, and videos.
- Ensure content is SEO-optimized to drive organic traffic.
- Own user experience (UX) across selling platforms, implementing A/B tests to optimize product pages and conversion rates.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on product performance and customer behavior.
