Requirements

  • Mathematics or Marketing degree combined with experience in an agency.
  • 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce marketing projects or teams, preferably in a D2C product marketing company.
  • Proven track record of managing creative and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful product marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities.
  • High level of accuracy in content creation and data analysis.
  • Proactive and results-driven individual with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluent English (C1 preferable).

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative and cross-functional teams, utilising project management skills to coordinate work and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Develop and implement data-driven product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging product descriptions, images, and videos.
  • Ensure content is SEO-optimized to drive organic traffic.
  • Own user experience (UX) across selling platforms, implementing A/B tests to optimize product pages and conversion rates.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on product performance and customer behavior.
