Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B healthcare sales or business development experience
  • Experience selling SaaS products within health systems, PACE, payers, or care coordination
  • Proven success in consultative selling and meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, value-based care, and social determinants of health (SDoH)
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals from discovery to close
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to interface confidently with clinical and executive audiences
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to 40% for client meetings and conferences

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for healthcare prospects (Health Systems & Hospitals, PACE programs, and Veterans Administration)
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies, value propositions, and tailored presentations aligned with customer goals
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs, develop pricing models, and negotiate contract terms
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Partner with Operations and Customer Success to ensure a smooth post-sale handoff
  • Maintain accurate deal stages and revenue projections in HubSpot
  • Represent Onward at industry events, conferences, and webinars
