Requirements
- 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, marketing, outsourcing, or real estate services.
- Experience in outsourcing or agency settings.
- Hunter mentality and comfortable driving outbound strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms.
- GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred.
- Strategic thinker able to identify revenue opportunities across multiple brands and client verticals.
Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and nurture high-value B2B leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and strategic networking.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls, product demos, and solution-driven presentations.
- Develop tailored proposals and manage the full negotiation process through to close.
- Drive upsells, cross-sells, and multi-brand partnerships to maximize lifetime client value.
- Represent the CEO in high-stakes meetings and manage relationships with top-tier accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align messaging and optimize conversion rates.
- Maintain a clean, accurate CRM pipeline and deliver weekly performance reports to the CEO.
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
