Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business purpose or small balance commercial lending.
  • Track record of $10 million or more in monthly origination volume in relevant lending spaces.
  • Experience working with brokers in fix/flip, construction, or bridge financing.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter capable of managing workload in a remote environment.
  • Must reside and have an existing book of business in specific designated U.S. regions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with specialized real estate debt and equity brokers.
  • Consistently exceed individual sales targets by leveraging the company's product suite.
  • Pre-qualify and structure loan packages when brokers require assistance.
  • Monitor pipeline reports to determine loan status and address potential issues.
  • Represent Anchor Loans at industry events, conferences, and broker meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a client database within the CRM.
  • Grow the brand through marketing strategies and online content.
