Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business purpose or small balance commercial lending.
- Track record of $10 million or more in monthly origination volume in relevant lending spaces.
- Experience working with brokers in fix/flip, construction, or bridge financing.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter capable of managing workload in a remote environment.
- Must reside and have an existing book of business in specific designated U.S. regions.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with specialized real estate debt and equity brokers.
- Consistently exceed individual sales targets by leveraging the company's product suite.
- Pre-qualify and structure loan packages when brokers require assistance.
- Monitor pipeline reports to determine loan status and address potential issues.
- Represent Anchor Loans at industry events, conferences, and broker meetings.
- Develop and maintain a client database within the CRM.
- Grow the brand through marketing strategies and online content.
