Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in technology consulting or professional services.
- Demonstrated track record of self-sourcing pipeline through events, networking, and relationship development.
- Proven experience selling to CTOs, CIOs, or VPs of IT at mid-market companies.
- Familiarity with cloud application development, AWS services, and AI solutions.
- Ability to articulate value clearly and jargon-free to technical and operational buyers.
- Willingness and ability to travel for 3-4 events per month, including overnight/air travel.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management.
- Comfort using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research and outreach.
- Strong follow-up discipline and consultative sales approach.
- Ability to navigate AI conversations honestly and set realistic expectations.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build a self-sourced pipeline through conferences, technology events, professional networking, and relationship management.
- Engage with CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of IT to understand business challenges and identify where AI and cloud solutions add value.
- Develop tailored proposals and statements of work in collaboration with practice leads and delivery teams.
- Maintain a healthy, accurately documented pipeline in Salesforce with consistent stage progression.
- Represent the firm at three to four industry events per month, including out-of-town travel.
- Cultivate long-term relationships through a consistent follow-up cadence and high-value interactions.
