Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, trading, brokerage, or highly technical environments.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience working within proprietary trading, brokerage, or fintech markets.
- Strong understanding of trading workflows, risk systems, and operational processes.
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycles, backend systems, APIs, and platform architecture.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with executive and engineering stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into structured product requirements.
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities in fast-moving environments.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience defining KPIs and operational metrics.
Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and business requirements for customer-facing, backend, CRM, and risk management systems.
- Partner with engineering, technical program management, and executive stakeholders to align on priorities and execution.
- Conduct product discovery, workflow design, and feature definition across multiple business functions.
- Translate complex trading and operational requirements into clear product specifications and business logic.
- Define and monitor KPIs, platform usage metrics, and operational performance indicators.
- Conduct ongoing competitor and industry research to inform strategic direction and platform innovation.
- Contribute to prioritization by balancing business impact, scalability, and operational efficiency.
