Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience.
- 3+ years leading or mentoring other product team members.
- Experience in EdTech or a related field.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and accessibility requirements.
- Proven experience delivering products on a modular platform or third-party LMS.
- Hands-on experience building AI-driven products (LLM experience preferred).
- Proficiency in product discovery, A/B testing, user research, and analytics.
- Track record managing budgets, vendor contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Ability to communicate technical complexity to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in startup or scaleup environments.
- Alignment with the organization’s mission to bridge divides.
Responsibilities
- Shape technical strategy as a thought partner to the Executive Director.
- Manage the technical product roadmap, OKRs, and KPIs.
- Prototype and deliver AI-powered product features.
- Manage a Product Specialist and lead relationships with external development agencies and vendors.
- Oversee system monitoring, data integrity, and risk management.
- Ensure product compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with internal education, implementation, and sales teams to align product development with user and partner needs.
