Responsibilities

Contact inbound leads to qualify interest in heat pump packages.
Perform technical feasibility checks via telephone to identify potential project constraints.
Act as the primary point of contact to answer initial customer questions.
Schedule qualified consultations for the senior Sales Manager team.
Identify and suggest process improvements to optimize workflows.
