Requirements
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end QA processes for web applications.
- Experience with building test frameworks and defining test strategies, plans, and cases.
- Proficiency in manual testing and API testing.
- Experience testing CI/CD pipelines and understanding of deployment release cycles.
- Familiarity with Gherkin-style test case writing.
- Experience with GitHub for version control and Figma or Zeppelin for design review.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to mentor and help lead to establish the QA team.
- Must have English language proficiency.
- Experience working in a startup environment, particularly at Series A or B stage is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools like Playwright and tools such as TestRails, ClickUp, Postman, and BrowserStack.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for web apps and backend APIs.
- Perform rigorous manual testing of features, including writing detailed testing scenarios.
- Work closely with development, design, and product teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and issues.
- Define and monitor key quality metrics to ensure continuous product reliability and performance improvements.
- Create detailed test documentation, including test plans, bug reports, and user experience insights.
- Utilize tools such as ClickUp, TestRails, Browserstack, and DataDog for issue tracking and performance monitoring.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in release readiness, coordinating with teams to ensure smooth production deployments.
