Requirements
- Manager-level position or above.
- Work in AI / Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineering, Software Development, Product Management, or UX/Product Design.
- Direct experience with workflow management tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues/Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Involvement in evaluating, selecting, purchasing, or making decisions about workflow management tools.
- Experience with budgeting or strategic recommendations related to development and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with software development, product development, or design workflows.
- Must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
Responsibilities
- Complete a paid screener to assess background and suitability for specific research tasks.
- Participate in AI-moderated interviews and written tasks.
- Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities.
- Share insights about workflow management practices, tool selection, and organizational needs.
