Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning Experience Design or Sales Enablement content development.
- Technical proficiency with AI/automation tools (e.g., Python, APIs, Zapier, Workato, LLM-based assistants).
- Demonstrated experience designing product enablement or technical learning content.
- Experience with publishing and tracking content within a CMS/LMS.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Forms, and Sheets).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and design.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Growth mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design impactful learning experiences using adult learning theory and microlearning principles.
- Convert complex technical product knowledge into clear, actionable enablement experiences.
- Build and manage onboarding and continuous learning programs across GTM Sales and Technical teams.
- Maintain scalable content assets including playbooks, certifications, videos, and assessments.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver enablement solutions.
- Measure program effectiveness using performance data and learner feedback.
- Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for AI and automation optimization.
- Deploy AI tools such as knowledge assistants and chatbots to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build automation workflows and integrations across CRM, LMS, and collaboration platforms.
