Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
- Proven experience in trading, forex, finance, or crypto.
- Experience working in LatAm markets.
- Proficiency in English at B1 level or higher.
- Experience using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust.
- Goal-oriented with experience working with KPIs and performance-based targets.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Contact new leads and students via calls, messaging apps, email, and other channels.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of company and partner products and services.
- Guide users through account opening and deposit processes on trading platforms.
- Educate users on the benefits of real versus demo accounts to drive conversions.
- Build trust and motivate students to become active traders.
- Follow communication standards and approved sales scripts.
- Manage and update student data accurately in the CRM system.
- Conduct group webinars and promote additional products and features.
